History, Events tab
The History, Events tab in the Appointment Inspector (on page 1) displays the events recorded for the selected appointment. When you perform an action, such as add a new appointment or update any fields for an existing appointment, N4 records the appropriate event in the event history of the appointment. All these events are listed in the History, Events tab. In addition, you can use this tab to record events for selected appointment, manually. For more information, see Record Service Event form (on page 1).
On the History, Events tab, the Changes field displays the values that changed per the event for the selected appointment. To view the details of an event, double-click the event or use the Action Show Details option.
When a billable event is extracted to the Chargeable Appointment Events view, N4 associates the Batch ID with the event. You can display the Extract Batch column to view the Batch ID associated with the event. For more information on displaying a column, see Hiding and displaying columns.
